Preparation Tips
Physical Preparation
Begin training at least 2-3 months before your trip. For trekking trips, focus on cardio endurance, hill climbing, and building leg strength. Practice with your actual hiking boots and daypack.
Altitude Considerations
For trips above 8,000 feet, give yourself time to acclimatize. Stay well-hydrated, avoid alcohol, and ascend gradually. Our itineraries are designed with proper acclimatization schedules.
